Taking inbound calls and setting appointments for our sales team.

Returning phone calls of interested potential clients.

Electronic Filing and inputing of customer information and job receipts.

NO COLD CALLS

Customer Service Background.

Must enjoy talking to people and be good on the phone. Must be comfortable on the computer and have some knowledge of spreadsheets. Must be a team player and willing and able to work well with others. Quickbooks experience is a bonus.

This is a full time position. Hours will most likely be 9AM to 5PM, 5 days a week.
