About the Role:

We’re hiring reliable, detail-oriented individuals to stage and clean Airbnb properties. A team leader position is also available!

Pay: $18-$25 per project (based on experience & efficiency)

1099 Contractor | Paid Daily

Must be 21+, have a car & smartphone

3+ days/week availability required

Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare Airbnb properties for guest arrivals according to established standards.
• Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Change linens, make beds, and ensure that all amenities are stocked.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the property manager or owner.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a hospitality or short-term rental setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently, while adhering to strict cleaning schedules.
• Reliable transportation to and from the properties.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with property managers and fellow team members.
