• Work with PMs and Superintendents to establish work plans
• Communicate task planning to crew(s)
• Organize crew and equipment transport and use
• Communicate manpower, trucking and mechanical needs
• Participate in field training, safety briefings and staff planning
• Represent S&L with owners, inspectors, vendors and subcontractors
• Schedule inspections, testing, materials, survey/layout needs timely
• Maintain daily and weekly reports

4+yrs experience in leadership roles. Autodesk Build / PlanGrid experience is a plus, BusyBusy Timekeeping experience is a plus, Topcon GPS rover and machine controls experience is a plus. Be comfortable with technology for communication and project control. Read plans, specs, submittals, take-off sheets. Understand survey control and construction staking.
