General Laborer perform various manual tasks to support construction, maintenance, and other projects, including product preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled workers, while adhering to safety regulations.

• Site Preparation and Cleanup:
• Cleaning and preparing work areas. 
• Removing debris, trash, and hazards. 
• Ensuring the worksite remains safe and organized. 
• Material Handling:
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials by hand or with basic equipment. 
• Organizing and storing materials efficiently. 
• Assisting with the delivery and placement of materials. 
• Assisting Skilled Workers:
• Gathering tools and equipment for skilled tradespeople. 
• Holding materials or assisting with tasks that allow skilled workers to focus on more complex duties. 
• Operating Tools and Equipment:
• Operating hand tools (e.g., shovels, sanders and saws). 
• Operating basic equipment
• May assist with the operation of heavier equipment under supervision. 
• Safety and Compliance:
• Following safety procedures and regulations. 
• Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). 
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. 

• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
