Powder Coating Prep supports the powder coating team in preparing, coating, and finishing metal or other surfaces. This role involves material handling, surface preparation, masking, hanging parts, and assisting in the operation of powder coating equipment. The assistant ensures all components meet quality and safety standards while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Pre-employment drug testing is required.

• Prepare parts for powder coating, i.e., cleaning, sanding, masking parts, etc.
• Hang and remove parts from racking systems along with loading and unloading from the oven with safety cautions. 
• Maintaining clear communication to the team when inspecting finished parts for quality purposes. 
• Proper labeling and workstation cleanliness and organization
• Managing day-to-day assigned tasks 
• Adaptability
