We are a busy dog day care and boarding facility and we are looking for mature, happy, positive people preferably with customer service or animal care experience.

You will be responsible working reception as part of a team cares for the well-being of all of the dogs at our facility.

This includes:

• Entering new clients in our database
• Booking appointments for grooming and boarding
• Scanning documents
• Answering incoming calls
• Checking dogs in and out of daycare and boarding
• Following daily checklists, policies and procedures
• Maintain top of the line customer service
• Keeping the front of the house clean and tidy
• Handling general care tasks such as following a routine feeding schedule, keeping the facility clean and cleaning up potty from the dogs
• Monitoring and engaging in play activities with the dogs, while providing a safe, clean, healthy environment for everyone

• MUST be available to work holidays
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment keeping a positive attitude
• Team player
• Excellent pet and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Computer skills a must
• Passion to take care of dogs
• Ability to interact with dogs in a calm, non-threatening manner
• Previous experience in animal care is preferred but not required
• Able to lift 50lbs

Part time positions are available for morning shifts (6:30am - 1pm) and afternoon shifts (12:30pm - 7:30pm). Employees have the opportunity to earn tips in addition to their hourly wage.
