As a Screen Printing Operator, you will be responsible for operating automatic and/or manual screen printing presses to produce high-quality prints on garments and other textiles. We're looking for someone with several years of experience in a fast-paced print shop who is capable of managing press setup, running jobs efficiently, and maintaining a consistent quality standard from start to finish.

Under Pressure Print Shop, a fast-growing and quality-driven apparel printing company based in South Jordan, Utah, is seeking an experienced Screen Printing Operator to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate screen printing presses (manual and/or automatic)
• Align screens, load garments, and adjust settings for proper ink coverage and registration
• Monitor print quality and troubleshoot press issues as needed
• Mix inks and maintain inventory of inks and supplies
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
• Follow safety guidelines and help maintain a clean, organized shop

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a screen printing environment (required)
• Strong understanding of screen printing techniques, inks, mesh counts, and press operation
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing clean, consistent prints
• Comfortable working on your feet and handling physical tasks throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to being part of a collaborative team
