We are a growing custom cabinetry shop committed to delivering and installing high-quality cabinets. We're seeking a reliable, capable driver-helper to assist with safe deliveries and team-based shop tasks.
Safely drive company vehicle (box truck or cargo van) to deliver cabinets and components to job sites and customer homes
Load, unload, stage, and secure cabinetry using carts or manual methods
Assist with installation, assembly of cabinetry, and general shop helper duties as needed (packing, inventory prep, cleanup)
Conduct pre- and post-delivery inspections to ensure correct items and damage-free transport
Maintain clean, presentable vehicle condition and follow routine basic maintenance/log reports Crowe's Cabinets
Work closely with other team members to meet delivery schedules and quality service targets
Prior experience driving and handling deliveries is a strong plus
Capability to follow route plans, adapt to site conditions, and exercise common safety judgment
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude, willingness to assist wherever needed
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test and any required physical or background checks
Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 100 lbs, including navigating stairs and tight spaces
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Team player mindset, able to assist both drivers and shop/fabrication staff cooperatively
