Prepare surfaces thoroughly for concrete and deck coatings by cleaning, grinding, sanding, patching, and performing other necessary prep work.

Learn and refine skills in proper material mixing, following standard operating procedures.

Apply resinous coatings with precision on both concrete and wood surfaces, ensuring high-quality results.

Operate a variety of power tools and equipment safely and effectively to support the coating process.

Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure peak performance and longevity.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the completed project.

Work closely with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and successfully meet project goals.

Travel safely and reliably to job sites to fulfill work responsibilities.

Experience in flooring, surface preparation, concrete finishing, finish work, or general construction is preferred but not required.

High school diploma required; trade certifications are a plus.

Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Must be able to pass a drug test.

Reliable access to a cell phone for communication is necessary.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely.

Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate effectively.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Compensation is based on experience.
