General Maintenance Technician position available!

• Full-time
• $20.00 - $30.00 / hour.
• Largely commercial service, some residential service.
• Provide service, repair, installation, and/or propose replacement of components, accessories, and equipment.
• Evaluate onsite equipment based upon the initial service call.
• Develop and present a complete set of recommendations and related pricing.
• Communicate with the client utilizing excellent customer service.
• Needs to have experience in flooring, painting, basic plumbing and electrical knowledge, drywall, and doors. This candidate should have experience with hand tools, can work on ladders, and lift more than 50lbs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years Commercial and/or Residential experience.
• Have a valid UT driver license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Positive attitude & team player.
