We have immediate full-time opportunities for experienced or willing-to-be-trained construction materials testing and inspection technicians. Western Technologies offers on-going training and the ability to gain valuable career experience and technical certifications. 

·        Performing specific QA/QC tests on construction materials including soil, concrete, and asphalt per ASTM, ACI, etc. standards

·        Collecting samples

·        Compiling detailed records of observations, inspections, and test results

·        Reviewing reports and test data for accuracy and completeness

·        Have good math and written communication skills

·        Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail

·        Be able to work both independently and as a team member

·        Have a valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record

·        Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

·        Be able to lift and carry 30 to 50+ pounds

·        Be able to work outside in various weather conditions
