• Safely transport goods to designated locations while ensuring timely deliveries. 
• No-touch freight. 
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. 
• Making on-time deliveries and pickups. 
• Navigate routes effectively using GPS or maps while adhering to traffic regulations. 
• Communicate with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. 
• Handle refrigerated trailers when required for temperature-sensitive shipments. 

Experience 

• Must be at least 21 years old 
• Valid Class A CDL license 
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test 
• Acceptable MVR record 
• SAP Friendly 
• Fair Chance Employer 
• 1 year of experience preferred

Pay: 

• Pay starts at $0.68 per mile (if training is needed, we pay $0.50 per mile) 
• Average 5,000-6,000 miles per week 
• Bi-weekly pay with additional bonuses 

New Fleet Additions: 

• 12 new trucks in 2025, including nine 2025 Freightliner tractors, available now!

• Delivering freight across the country’s road networks
• Performing pre and post trip inspections to ensure good running order for all equipment
• Making on time deliveries and pickups 
• Clear and concise communication with dispatch team on pick up and delivery ETA’s
• Paperwork organized and submitted on time

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL license

Home Time:

• We understand the importance of frequent time at home, so we offer flexible home time based on your needs
• Communicate with dispatch to schedule in advance. We just ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible.
• Driver is responsible for transportation costs to get home

Pay:

• Training pay starts at $0.50 per mile
• After training, pay increases to $0.60 per mile
• If Safety determines no further training is necessary, you will start at $0.60 per mile
• Team and safety performance bonus of $0.08 per mile, paid monthly
• Average 5,000-6,000 miles per week
• Bi-weekly pay with additional bonuses

Our team drivers typically average 5,000-6,000 miles per week.
