Job Description

We are a custom truck dealership looking to add a knowledgeable and driven sales person to our team. Sales people are responsible for greeting customers promptly and follow our sales steps to get customers in the right vehicle and close the deal. Sales people are required to do proper product presentations showing features and benefits to customers. Some sales experience is required: car sales, inside/outside sales. Knowledge of trucks and aftermarket accessories is required, or must have willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls/internet leads and set appointments.
• Answer customer questions about our products.
• Do product presentations for customers and go on test drives.
• Maintain product knowledge and knowledge of inventory.
• Customer daily follow up.
• Keep CRM up to date and enter detailed notes.
• Effectively communicate with and perform all job duties required by managers.
• Provide customers with highest level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must be organized in order to keep track of all sales leads.
• Experience using a CRM is a plus (Vin Solutions specifically).
• Customer service experience.
• Truck/car knowledge is a plus.
• Aftermarket truck accessories knowledge (lift kits, wheels, tires, performance modifications).
