We are looking to for a motivated Orthodontic Assistant to join our team + Dr. Maxfield in providing exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, team orientation, and a genuine desire to help patients achieve their best smiles. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right people.

• Taking x-rays and photos
• Sterilization
• Follow treatment plan for each appointment
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and care for orthodontic appliances.
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Collaborate effectively with the Maxfield Ortho team to deliver high-quality care to patients.

Orthodontic/dental assisting experience is preferred- but willing to train the right candidate.
