Crump Reese Motor Company is looking to bring in an additional sales associate, preferably with previous sales experience in the automotive industry. Pay Note: All pay (estimated $70,000-$120,000 per year) is based on commission. Sign-on bonuses are available based on previous experience and qualification.

• Greet customers arriving at the dealership
• Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers
• Answer customer questions about cars, financing and purchase process
• Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices
• Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers’ vehicles
• Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer’s financing and ownership options
• Maintain relationships with past customers to ensure that all of their needs continue to be met

• Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, would be a big plus.
• Customer Service Skills: A knack for understanding and meeting customer needs is crucial.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport with customers and colleagues.
