We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Property Cleaner & Home Assessor. In this role, you’ll get the best of both worlds—helping homes look their best while also performing quick property assessments to check overall condition.

What You’ll Be Doing:

 Cleaning & Refreshing Homes – You’ll make spaces sparkle, ensuring they’re fresh, tidy, and welcoming. From dusting to deep cleaning, your work will leave a lasting impression!

Conducting Quick Home Assessments – You’ll take a walkthrough of properties, noting overall condition, potential maintenance needs, and general upkeep, then reporting your findings.

 Enjoying Variety & Movement – Every day is different! One day you might be deep-cleaning a cozy home, and the next, you’ll be walking through a property, checking its condition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cleaner, Housekeeper, or similar role, preferably in a property management or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to complete cleaning duties within specified timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on property needs.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to travel between properties as required.
