POSITION TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist our guests who are looking to purchase and finance a vehicle
• Strive to Maintain monthly sales goals
• Utilize existing lead generation and advertising programs to ensure the appropriate quality and quantity of loan applications are met
• Ensure a high level of customer service
• Professionally greet new and existing customers in person and by phone, text, and email to determine their needs
• Utilize social media to promote yourself and HK Auto Boutique with images from new guest purchases including testimonies
• Maintain cleanliness of store and lot inventory and move vehicles on the lot to present a positive curb appeal for potential and existing customers.
• Handle the activities and interactions throughout the day with a positive mindset.
• Work with guests seeking financing in a discreet and responsible manner. Assist them to complete all aspects to acquire credit.
• Maintain knowledge of the entire inventory of HK Auto Boutique vehicles, and work to match price and vehicle options with customer needs and budget.
• Assist other sales team members as they work to conduct the sales process with their guests.
• Work with the Team to establish guest relationships and create a strong referral network.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage tasks and assignments.
• Ability to utilize office equipment and effectively navigate and utilize a computer and a variety of systems including Microsoft programs.
• Other duties as assigned

Education:

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required

Experience:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred but not required
• 1-2 years of intermediate experience with Microsoft programs and other applicable office equipment and programs required

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Verbal and written communication skills
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Thorough understanding of vehicles
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with guests
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
• Proven ability to train and grow with other team members

License(s)/Certification(s):

• Valid driver's license is required
• Must have a driving record that meets business insurability requirements through the completion of an DMV license
• Must be 18 or older for insurability purposes
• Salesperson license is required
