Project Planning & Design Proposals:

Guide clients through remodeling concepts and material options. Offer creative, customized design solutions that align with their needs and budget.

Sales & Negotiation:

Prepare detailed quotes, close high-value deals, and negotiate profitable contracts. Your success is our success — earn more by delivering value.

Scheduling & Follow-Up:

Manage your own calendar and coordinate follow-ups with clients. Communicate clearly and frequently with customers and our project management team.

Material Selection & Product Knowledge:

Recommend finishes, fixtures, and layouts based on budget and quality. Knowledge of remodeling materials and trends is essential.

100% Commission-Based

Unlimited earning potential based on performance. Top consultants can earn $100K+ annually.

Experience in Residential Construction or Remodeling Required

(Sales/design background in kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, additions, or similar projects preferred)

Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills

Must be comfortable leading in-person consultations and closing deals.

Self-Motivated & Organized

You will manage your own schedule, leads, and follow-ups independently.

Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation

You’ll be meeting homeowners across the Salt Lake City valley and surrounding areas.

Fluent in English

A second language (especially Spanish) is a strong plus.

Knowledge of Remodeling Materials, Fixtures, and Local Trends

Weekly Meetings & Training (Mandatory):

To ensure quality, alignment, and support, all consultants are required to attend 1–3 sales meetings and training sessions per week at our main office. These sessions are mandatory, even though they are not paid, and are essential to stay updated on new offerings, pricing, and sales strategies. Consistent attendance is a condition of continued engagement with US Top Homes.
