All Hale Concrete is a small family-owned and operated business dedicated to delivering high-quality concrete solutions to our community. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Concrete finisher to join our team.

This role requires an individual with expertise in residential concrete finishing and the ability to manage and lead a 2-3 man crew to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be self-sustaining with a passion for quality workmanship, a strong work ethic, and leadership skills to guide and motivate their team.

• Full-time position
• Serving Salt Lake and Utah Counties
• Mostly residential flatwork with some walls, footings and foundations
• Competitive pay negotiable depending on experience

• Lead a crew of 2-3 concrete finishers and laborers to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare job sites including digging, grading, forming, setting bar, and pouring concrete for various residential and light commercial projects.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve challenges that arise during projects.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure they are in good condition and organized.
• Be able to operate machinery, drive a truck and tow a trailer if needed.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including kneeling, bending and lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.

• 8-10 years experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Must speak English fluently
• Must be a U.S. citizen or able to legally work in the United States
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Must provide your own transportation and finishing tools
