Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing counseling and therapy services to clients and their families, helping them navigate and overcome their mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives through evidence-based interventions.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

- Assist clients in developing coping strategies, improving self-esteem, and fostering emotional well-being.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and holistic treatment for clients.

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans.

- Stay updated with the latest research and developments in the field of mental health therapy.

- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Ph.D. in Psychology or relevant licensure is a plus.

- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of Utah in a counseling related field. 

- Proven experience in providing counseling or therapy services to individuals with diverse mental health concerns.

- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish a rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to maintain professional boundaries, demonstrate empathy, and provide non-judgmental support to clients.

- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and proficiency in documenting client interactions.
