We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Class A OTR (Over-the-Road) Driver to join our team. As an OTR Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while upholding the highest standards of safety and customer service. 

• Operate and drive various types of trucks to transport goods and materials over long distances
• Safely load and unload cargo, ensuring all goods are securely strapped and protected from damage. 
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment are in good working condition
• Adhere to all applicable traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and records of working hours and vehicle inspections
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and fellow drivers to coordinate schedules and resolve issues
• Report any incidents, accidents, or violations to the appropriate authorities and company management
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive manner

• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of recent, verifiable experience as a Class A driver in OTR or similar role. Flatbed load securement is preferred. 
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Strong commitment to safety, with knowledge of safe driving practices and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and occasional overnight trips as needed
