We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Crew Member who is interested in moving up to a foreman in the near future and eventually to a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various landscaping tasks, including planting, sprinkler install, excavator and skid steer operation, sod install, maintenance and is prepared to lead projects and guide a team.

Execute high-quality landscaping projects from start to finish.

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

Assist in planning and implementing landscaping designs.

Train and lead crew members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Communicate effectively with project manager and team members.

Prepare for a leadership role as a future Foreman, including scheduling, ordering materials, and managing project timelines.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in professional landscaping.

Demonstrated experience with landscaping tools and techniques.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Legal right to work in America

Ability to read and write English, Spanish speaking preferred.
