We are looking to bring on several technicians, and our positions are full-time, part-time, and contractor.

Technicians will:

• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools
• Clean other areas as related to windows such as screens, tracts, sills, rain gutters
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service
• Employees may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Average performers make $150 per day including tips. We track our tipping clients, and preference for cleaning those homes is given to our most efficient workers.

• Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights or in potentially hazardous conditions
• Work with the owners and other technicians to ensure windows are cleaned correctly
• Take suggestions from owners and other technicians to fix wrong techniques and suggestions for improvement without having a bad attitude
• Feel comfortable enough to address concerns or suggestions with the owners
• Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles and office
• Safely operate boom lifts and scissor lifts

• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to achieve a high level of cleanliness
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and climb ladders as required
• Time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not necessary
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be legal to work in the U.S.
