CloudG Solutions is looking for a full-time technical support (IT support, tech support) agent to join our team Mon-Fri 10am-6pm and alternating every 8 weeks for after-hours. Windows desktop, mobile device (iOS and/or Android), Help Desk, Windows Active Directory, and user administration experience required. Work from the comfort of your own home, receiving phone calls and processing online technical support requests. We are looking for self-motivated individuals that enjoy helping people with their technology. This is an hourly position paying $20-$24hour DOE. CloudG provides a monthly stipend of $100 for cell phone and Internet reimbursement, Paid Time Off, 401K and 401K matching.
