Elite Building Group is hiring for a full time excavation project superintendent. Must have 5+ years of managing crews and projects from start to finish. Must be self motivated and driven. EBG offers 50+ hours per week during busy season. Pay based on experience and offers top pay to qualified individuals. EBG has long term and reliable work.

• 3+ years management experience
• 5+ years general excavation experience
• Must be able to operate most heavy equipment
• Ability to read and understand plans, grades and elevations
• Capable of dealing with inspectors, engineers and owners in a professional manner
• Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
• Proficient in creating schedules and meeting deadlines
• Proficient leadership skills
• Dependable and reliable
• Daily Reporting of work performed.
• Manage daily operations, keeping crew on tasks, meeting all goals and deadlines.

• Company vehicle dependent on driving record and status of drivers license
