As a Lead Journeyman Electrician at Inverse Electric, you will:

• Install with Precision: Plan, lay out, and install electrical wiring, control systems, lighting systems, and devices for both residential and commercial buildings, ensuring outstanding quality and safety.
• Maintain High Standards: Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace electrical components like wiring, devices, lighting fixtures, transformers, and circuit breakers, always adhering to or exceeding industry standards.
• Prioritize Clean Workmanship: Keep job sites clean throughout the workday and leave them spotless upon completion.
• Ongoing Maintenance: Perform corrective and preventive electrical maintenance to ensure systems, panels, and circuits operate at peak efficiency.
• Safety First: Inspect and test electrical systems to diagnose and repair issues or safety hazards, ensuring full compliance with the National Electrical Code and all local and state regulations.
• Transparent Communication: Accurately log billable hours, manage job details, and maintain clear communication with customers using mobile apps on your phone or iPad.
• Drive Responsibly: Operate a company-provided vehicle safely between job sites.

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Licensed and Experienced: Hold a Utah Journeyman Electrician License and have successfully completed an electrician apprenticeship program.
• Master of Their Craft: Possess 4+ years of hands-on experience in electrical construction with a passion for precision, efficiency, and delivering superior work.
• Efficiency-Driven: Thrive on completing jobs quickly and effectively without compromising quality. Attention to detail is a must.
• Safety-Minded: Have a deep understanding of electrical safety protocols and the National Electrical Code, with a commitment to safe and efficient work practices.
• Organized & Reliable: Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks from project execution to customer interaction.
• A Self-Starter: Motivated by performance-based incentives rather than just collecting a paycheck.
• Hardworking & Positive: Exhibit a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically Capable: Able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, climbing, and working at heights.
