We are seeking a skilled and experienced driver for trailer and car hauling. This role involves transporting trailers and vehicles across various locations with precision and care, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high safety standards on the road.
POSITION IS 1099
• Safely load and secure trailers or vehicles onto trailers for transport.
• Deliver trailers and vehicles to designated locations, ensuring timely arrival.
• Inspect trailers and vehicles for any issues before and after transport.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, including mileage, delivery times, and any incidents.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company policies related to vehicle transport.
• Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on hauling equipment to ensure proper working condition.
• Valid CDL with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to drive a manual.
• Experience in hauling trailers and/or vehicles (car hauling experience preferred).
• Knowledge of safety protocols for loading, securing, and unloading vehicles.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to load and unload vehicles, if necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and critical thinking skills.
• Self starter, no hand holding needed.
• Willing to ask for help when necessary and accept feedback.
• Competitive pay (Weekly) Starting at 20-23% of load, most drivers are around $1500-2k a week.
• Flexible routes and schedules
• Home weekends
