Key Responsibilities:
- Problem Solving: Provide quick solutions to operational challenges and assist the management team in making decisions.
- Email & Phone Support: Handle incoming emails and phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communication to appropriate team members. Must be in a timely manner.
- Technical Support: Assist with troubleshooting and providing technical support for co2 equipment and systems.
- Scheduling: Organize and coordinate installation schedules, ensuring timely execution and communication with all persons.
- Billing Program: Help implement and maintain a new billing program to streamline invoicing processes.
- Productivity Sheets: Create and manage productivity sheets to track employee performance and project progress.
- Receipt Management: Review, organize, and process receipts for accounting purposes.
- Customer Service: Organize and send bids to potential customers.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with technical support
-Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and schedule tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable with Quickbooks Intuit program
- Experience with billing systems
- Customer service skills
- Time management
- Must be available during normal business hours, 10-20 hours a week. Part of the job you can work from home but you need to be available for in office work also.

Advanced Co2 Systems was established in 2004 and has grown rapidly and continues to grow. We deliver co2 (carbonation) to restaurants, bars and convenience stores throughout the northwest region with depots in Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah.
This position can be worked from a home office for most of the time. You will need to come into the office in Idaho Falls part of the work week. At home you will need a designated working space, phone and WIFI, we can supply the computer and some office supplies.
