Weekly house deep/cleaning 5 hours/$200 per week

You must meet the following minimum requirements. Please do not respond without reading the job requirements. You must meet each and every requirement.

Must be on time and consistent. We are not able to accept more than very occasional last minute cancellations, no-shows, etc. If you don't have a day every week free to clean for 5 hours, and habits of life that allow you to meet your commitments with consistency, this is not the position for you.

Must know how to clean a home and have experience and an instinct for how to do it and do it well. We don’t want to have to tell you you have neglected mold in the shower; splatter above the trash can or inside the microwave; handprints on the door/frames; how to close the shutters; that there’s cobwebs on the fan; dust atop the door frames; dust bunnies under furniture. Must be willing to move some furniture on occasion. We need somebody who instinctually, or by habit or experience already knows how to independently look for dirt, stains, etc, and take care of it without prompting or reminders. This is not a routine "wipe everything down and slop a mop around" job - we want weekly meticulous deep cleaning.

Hourly pay. Must be present and working the entire hours. Music is OK, talking to your mom on the phone is not.
