PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

• Perform automotive preventive maintenance:
• Lube Oil & Filter Service
• Tire Rotation & Brake Inspections
• Changing, mounting, and installing tires
• Wheel removal
•  Tire Repair patch/plug repairs
• Tire Balance
• Tire Pressure Monitor System replacement/relearn
• Inspect and rotate tires
• Basic automotive maintenance
• Transmission Fluid Exchange
• Differential Fluid Exchange
• Power Steering Fluid
• Brake Fluid Exchange
• Engine Coolant Exchange: Other services as assigned
• Multi Point Inspection
• Master company knowledge, products, services delivery model
• Evaluate customers’ needs, make repair recommendations with the highest level of integrity
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace
• Maintaining Customers Vehicle’s clean.
• Ensuring Floor mats and wipe down after each job

·        Alignment (Training Available)

·        Inventory/Restock

·        Schedule Oil Pick up

·        Emission Certified a plus.

· Maintain a clean and safe workplace

· Any other duties as necessary
