Technician Role Overview and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of interior and exterior residential and commercial windows using industry standard techniques and equipment.
• Cleaning and scrubbing tracks.
• Cleaning Screens.
• Power washing brick, siding and concrete.
• Gutter Cleaning.
• Selling window cleaning services
• Knocking doors and/or talking to business to find new clients

Shared Responsibility and Teamwork:

• Collaboration is key, and the Technician's role is to ensure smooth operations.
• Showing up on time to work and to client jobs is the utmost importance.
• Their focus on smaller details helps maintain overall efficiency.
• Technicians understand that their role contributes to the team's success.
• They take pride in supporting the Lead and the company's growth.

Housekeeping and Responsibility:

• Housekeeping tasks, like cleaning rags and vans, are part of the Technician's role.
• They ensure that these details are taken care of consistently.
• By handling these tasks, Technicians allow others to concentrate on core responsibilities.
• Their contributions help maintain a well-functioning team.

     Sales: Summer Sales or B2B or B2C. Sales experience that brings energy and positivity to every project. (Is a plus but not requirement)

     Customer-Service: Experience in service roles (hospitality, retail, etc.) is a plus but not required.

     Career-Oriented: Interested in advancing into management or sales roles.

     Dependable: Reliable, adaptable, and ready to tackle any task.

     Detail-Oriented: Takes pride in perfecting the small details.

     Active and Outdoorsy: Comfortable working on your feet and outside all day.
