Stoddard Roadhouse is seeking a talented individual to join our team. Someone who has cooking experience or willingness to learn. We are looking for a friendly, mature and responsible individual.

We will train the right person. You should love working in a fast-paced environment, but able to handle idle days as well. Your friendly attitude and friendly approach towards coworkers and guests alike contribute greatly to the success of our Roadhouse!

Pay will depend on experience, will be paid Bi-Weekly. The hours will be discussed and focused towards a part time and becoming a full time position.

• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces during and at the end of the shift.
• Performs inventory checks and adheres to food storage mandates according to Health Department Industry Standards.

• 21+ years old
• Utah food handler's permit or be able to acquire it within 14 days of hire
• Reliable transportation

The Stoddard Roadhouse is a newly renovated bar just outside Morgan Utah. We are under new owners and management. Our guests include locals, ranchers, skiers, motorcycle riders, fishermen, local civic clubs, neighbors, and visitors from other areas. Our bar is historic and a favorite of many.

We serve several draft beers and an array of bottled, as well as a full back bar. Our food menu was developed by a Chef in Salt Lake and it offers a variety of burgers and sandwiches with homemade sauces, dressings and spreads. Our food is fresh and made to order.

We have a large patio where we have bands in the warmer weather, we have a large meat smoker for fresh BBQ and we host special events and parties for our guests. Summer weekends will be hopping and fun, so prepare to enjoy. Not only do our guests have a great time, but the staff does too!
