As a Host Home Provider, you will open your home and heart to help individuals live as independently as possible. This role is perfect for those with experience in caregiving, education, or human services—or anyone with a passion for helping others thrive.

Provide a warm, welcoming, and inclusive home environment.

Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meals, and household routines.

Encourage participation in community activities, hobbies, and skill-building.

Administer medications and follow individualized care plans (training provided).

Maintain a clean and safe living environment.

Document daily activities and progress, ensuring compliance with DSPD standards.

Must be 21 years or older.

Pass a background check and home safety inspection.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Ability to provide a private bedroom and shared living space in your home.

Experience in caregiving, education, or human services preferred but not
