We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish & English) Shop Manager Assistant to help with daily operations. This role supports the Shop Manager with tasks like inventory, customer service, and team coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Shop Manager with daily tasks and operations.
• Communicate with staff, vendors, and customers in Spanish and English.
• Help manage inventory, orders, and supplies.
• Support scheduling and basic administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Translate documents and instructions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Shop Manager.

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken & written).

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
