What You'll Do:

• Store Operations:
• Open and close the store according to established procedures.
• Manage daily administrative tasks, inventory, and supplies.
• Customer Service:
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service for postal, shipping (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL), and notary needs.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Technology & Compliance:
• Learn and use postal and shipping software systems efficiently.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and adhere to relevant regulations.
• Work towards obtaining notary certification (supported by us).
• Marketing & Business Growth:
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers and boost sales.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to pursue notary certification.
