As a Sales Closer, your main goal is to convert inbound leads into paying clients through effective discovery calls, objection handling, and closing strategies. You'll be working remotely and speaking with loan officers and real estate agents who have already expressed interest in our services—this is NOT cold calling! (although your first week or two may include some outbound work for training purposes)

Conduct sales calls with warm inbound leads (loan officers & real estate agents) who are interested in our marketing services.

Use a consultative sales approach to understand clients' pain points and position Lender AI as the best solution.

Overcome objections confidently and close deals with urgency and persuasion.

Maintain an active pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to maximize conversions.

Use CRM software (GoHighLevel) to track prospects, manage appointments, and follow up.

Work closely with our team to refine scripts, improve closing rates, and scale sales efforts

A high-energy, persuasive closer who loves sales and winning

Excellent at objection handling and building rapport quickly.

Proven ability to close deals over the phone or Zoom.

Results-driven and competitive, with a hunger for personal and professional growth.

Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing your own schedule.

Familiar with the mortgage, real estate, or marketing industry (preferred, but not required).
