Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various landscaping tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

• Assist with the installation and maintenance of landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass.
• Operate landscaping and construction equipment.
• Prepare soil, including digging, raking, and leveling ground as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment and tools.
• Assist with hardscaping tasks, including laying stone, brick, or pavers.
• Remove debris, weeds, and unwanted plants.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project success.

• Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to operate basic landscaping tools and equipment.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.
