• Self-sufficient – I don’t want to micromanage. You should know what needs to be done and take the lead.
• Detail-oriented but efficient – Someone who can balance quality with getting things done in a reasonable amount of time.
• Proactive mindset – If something needs deep cleaning or organizing, you handle it without waiting for instructions.
• Experience in full-housekeeping or household management is a plus.
