Wasatch Weed and Feed is looking for a new manager/lead applicator. Must have experience in all types of weed/pest control, fertilization, customer relations, billing, inventory management and Safety for our industry. Along with hiring for additional applicators. We work with new construction sites all around Utah, but mainly in Summit and Wasatch County helping with reclamation of job sites and new homes. Rangeland Knowledge is helpful. This is a year-round position with tons of potential for growth and advancement.

Ability to develop and improve our current programs regarding products and applications

Manage current customers while selling/bidding new customers.

Fleet and equipment management

Consult on equipment and needs and purchases for growth

Hiring of additional applicators

Qualify as lead pest control applicator for license.

State license with 3-4 years of experience in weed and fertilization application.

Knowledge of products and chemicals to develop procedures and applications

Good driving record

Ability to lift, pull, hike and generally do the things that applicators do.

Work is guaranteed full time with overtime as wanted and needed.

Schedule is flexible as you will set appointments now and schedule others as we grow.

Pay is flexible, bring me your experience and let me pay you for it. Profit sharing is a potential for the right applicant.

We currently service a large Hydroseed company and are looking to improve their products/results and expand into new customers and procedures.
