TENETIVE START DATE FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE APRIL 1, 2024.

This is completely dependent on the weather; the position may start a little before or after this date.

We are seeking an Asphalt Paver Operator. This is a vital role in which you will be responsible for mainly operating the paving machine. Spreading and leveling hot mix asphalt on various projects all over Northern UT.

Responsibilities:

• Operating the paver on roads, highways, and parking lots to achieve the desired thickness and width for each project
• Maintaining proper grade with various tools and processes
• Performing pre-shift inspections of all equipment
• Follow all safety procedures
• Any other duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with paving, grade, and or asphalt
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle physical workload & lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong work ethic & good attitude
• Willing to work long hours during paving season
