TENETIVE START DATE FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE APRIL 1, 2025

This is completely dependent on the weather, the position may start a little before or after this date.

We are seeking Laborers for our Crack and Seal Crew. In this role you will be responsible for doing asphalt repairs. This position will clean up parking lots and city roads, apply crack seal & seal coat where needed.

Job Duties:

• Use a broom
• Use a shovel
• Use a high pressured blower
• Apply Crack Seal
• Apply Seal Coat
• Report any issues or incidents to Foreman
• Keep equipment clean
• Assist crew with cleanup of roads or parking lots

Qualifications:

• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to handle physical workload & lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong work ethic & good attitude
• Commercial driver's license is a plus
• Physically able to work long hours
• Willing and able to work weekends as needed
