Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Relationship Building:

• Follow up with potential clients according to a structured follow-up plan to close estimates.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market.
• Educate potential clients on the value and benefits of our services.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Attend networking events and engage with local businesses or community organizations.
• Proactively seek out new leads and potential customers.
• Utilize various marketing strategies to generate new business.

Job Site & Estimate Management:

• Accurately document jobsite details, client preferences, and estimate notes.
• Capture high-quality photos for estimates and internal team use.
• Communicate job-specific requirements to crew leaders and operations teams.

Use of Technology & Reporting:

• Utilize CRM systems, estimating software, and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales progress.
• Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on pricing, client preferences, and service improvements.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
