Job Overview:

Larkin Landscaping is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Installation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on diverse landscaping projects, from fixing sprinklers and installing outdoor lighting to laying pavers and performing masonry work. As a Landscape Installation Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing our clients' visions to life while contributing to the continued growth and success of Larkin Landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Landscape Installation: Assist with and execute full landscaping installations, including:
• Fixing and maintaining sprinkler systems
• Conducting seasonal start-ups and system checks
• Installing outdoor lighting solutions
• Setting up pavers and performing masonry work
• Project Coordination and Communication:
• Coordinate effectively with office staff and other team members to ensure project timelines and client expectations are met
• Communicate any project challenges or changes to supervisors promptly
• Quality Assurance and Maintenance:
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently while adhering to company standards
• Creative Problem Solving and Productivity:
• Utilize creative thinking to solve on-site challenges
• Demonstrate productivity by efficiently managing multiple tasks and projects daily
• Daily Operations and Flexibility:
• Drive to 1 to 4 job sites per day using a company-provided truck
• Adapt to a flexible work schedule to meet client and project needs

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in full landscaping installation
• Skills:
• Ability to read and write for project documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 90 pounds
• Willingness to work in various outdoor conditions
• Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have a smartphone for communication and project management
• Additional Traits:
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the company
