Buildings Maintenance position. Jack of all trades. 

Maintenance technician position available. Jack of All Trades type of job. Applicant must be knowledgeable in all aspects of housing and building maintenance ( plumbing, electrical, sewer, roofing,siding )

Small appliance maintenance and repair-(furnace, stove,refrigerator,washer, dryer etc. )

Must be a self starter and be able to work alone  unsupervised as well as work with a crew and be a team player with no drama. The position is basically all things building maintenance related. 

Position is a salaried,full time year round and includes housing, beef allowance,employee insurance benefits when eligible and work transportation. 

Salary is monthly based on a six day work week and is paid semi monthly. Some paid holidays. Paid vacation after one year of employment. 

Located in northeast Nevada 90 miles north of Elko Nv. We are fairly remote therefore An on ranch interview will more than likely be required. 

Valid drivers license and personal transportation is required. 

Housing provided is an apartment style or multi bedroom house depending on applicant. 

House deposit is required as well as a pet deposit if you have any pets. Housing does not have furnishings except stove, refrigerator and heating.Must be willing and able to work outside during all seasons of the year, and be able and willing to preform all job duties.
