This is for COMMERCIAL NIGHT TIME CLEANING!! This job is kind of part time but bringing in about 30 hours a week. You'd be coming in every night as early as 6pm but you can come at any time after 6pm as long as the job is done by 5am the following morning. Every night you'd be doing the common area of both buildings such as, the lobby, the bathrooms, stairs things like that and then 2 times a week you'd also be doing the tenant spaces so like the office spaces, warehouse floors and trash, lab areas.

These things are an ABSOLUTE MUST: Speak, read, write, understand English FULLY, pay attention to detail, receive constructive feedback because I am picky and they owner of the buildings are picky. These are class A buildings which means everything has to be done perfectly. You must be trust worthy i will not keep you if you steal from me or the tenants or if you use drugs on the property, if you don't represent my business appropriately i will let you go.

You must have job experience cleaning not just personal, yes there is a difference. You must know how to use stainless steel cleaner properly, you must know how to dust, mop, do glass all the correct way. Because it will show if you just say you can but you really cant, i will know the first day you work.

There is room to grow working for us, there is room to pick up more hours and make more money if you do your job how we ask you to do it.
