Position requires hard strenuous labor, with repetitive motion and lifting of 50-75 pounds on a regular basis. Will be responsible for preparation of asbestos work areas, and containments and all different types of interior demolition work.

Must have reliable transportation and able to drive too and from job sites daily, must possess basic hand tools for construction, demolition & carpentry. Must be able to be at job-site ready to perform work duties at 7:00 a.m each day. Must be willing to work overtime and travel as needed.

Must have reliable transportation, Must be willing to work as projects require. Asbestos certifications and UDAQ state cards are very much a plus, but EAI will help with certifications if applicants express willing work attitudes, and other construction/ demolition work knowledge & experience.

Must be able to pass federal security and clearance/background check. Must have a clean driving record. Must pass a drug screen, and may not be using or intend to use medical marijuana even with a state issued medical card.
