We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented kitchen help to join our up and coming team at Leilani's Polynesian Place in Lindon, UT. This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations by fulfilling food tickets, prepping ingredients, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a valid Fod Handler's Permit.

• Accurately fulfill food tickets in a timely manner to meet customer orders.
• Prepare ingredients by chopping, measuring, and assembling items as directed by the kitchen staff.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, and other cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy workspace.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times.
• Support kitchen team with additional tasks as needed during busy periods.

• Valid Food Handler's Permit (required).
• Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.
