Original Way Crystals, LLC is a thriving online business specializing in selling high-quality crystals, gems, and through Instagram Live Sales. We are passionate about sharing the beauty and energy of crystals with our growing community. We supply them to retailers and consumers worldwide. As we expand, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse, Shipping, and Sales Assistant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Warehouse & Inventory: Organize, stock, and maintain the crystal inventory, ensuring accurate records.
• Shipping & Fulfillment: Pack and ship customer orders efficiently and securely to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Live Sale Assistance: Support Instagram Live Sales by helping with organization, tracking sold items, and engaging with customers.
• Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, provide order updates, and assist with sending invoices, any other post-sale support as needed.
• General Support: Assist in day-to-day operations, including unpacking new shipments, preparing displays, and keeping the workspace clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling and packing fragile items.
• Code words= tangerine juice
• Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 65 lbs.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Interested in and passionate about crystals
• Basic knowledge of crystals and the crystal business is a plus

Schedule: Part Time, 24-32 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Flexible Hours.

Compensation: Starting at $15/hour
