Position: Lead Auto Technician

As a Lead Auto Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure maximum reliability and performance. We’re looking for someone who is experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues with precision
• Perform repairs and maintenance, including diagnostics, tune-ups, brakes, alignments, and air conditioning work
• Use computerized diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain shop tools and equipment in top working condition
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repairs and recommendations

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as an auto technician
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and repair tools
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions
• Commitment to safety procedures and shop cleanliness
• High school diploma preferred; vocational training or apprenticeship a plus
• ASE certification (or willingness to obtain) is a definite advantage
