Handyman / Property Inspector

Job Description

The Handyman / Property Inspector is responsible for repairs and maintenance and inspections of managed properties. This role ensures that all properties meet high standards of presentability, safety, and functionality to enhance owner experiences and satisfaction.

• Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Some yard maintenance, and snow removal
• Assist with additional tasks and errands as needed

• Park City, UT: Reliably commute “All Wheel Drive Vehicle and snow tires a plus”
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in property management or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience with handyman and or property management, strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move items, including climbing stairs and inspecting all areas of the property.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, maintenance teams and management.
• Proficiency in using inspection checklists and documenting findings.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Agree to a background check
• Have a valid driver's license and excelle

Work Environment:

• The role involves regular travel to different managed properties.
• Inspections and repairs may require physical activity, including walking, standing, climbing stairs, and carrying supplies.
• Flexible working hours may be needed, including weekends and holidays. However, it is not a normal routine.
• Interaction/communication with clients, employees, and outside vendors.
